To do: - Get 100% Clover unit test coverage on the new classes BCodec and QCodec. - Scan the Bugzilla database for unresolved issues and if any issues exist, discuss if they should be addressed now or later. - Complete the RELEASE-NOTES.txt file, in particular note new features and bugs fixed. - Add a JDiff report to the build.
