Last week I reopened the bug

I haven't heard anything in the mailing list or bugzilla about it. I'm just concerned that no one is aware of its existence...
It has to do with closing a prepared statement twice. DBCP throws an AlreadyClosedException when that happens, but the regular PreparedStatement doesn't throw such an exception. The patch attached to the issue should solve the issue.
What else can I do to ensure that the patch gets applied to the code?
