David, It is failing because of the changes I "rolled back" for Field - I didn't "roll back" the associated change to Arg. Sorry about that, I did think Iwas going to be applying a solution for Bug 31194 at the end of last year. I have it all ready to go (I've just attached a patch showing what I'm currently proposing to the bugzilla ticket).
http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=31194 My preference is to apply the latest change I've put forward and that should resolve 31194 and the problems you're having with testing. If you don't want to or don't have time to consider this and want me to hold off - I can revert back the changes to Arg. It would be good IMO to put 31194 to bed, but let me know.
