I don't follow the problem below and for me the unit tests (even the OK one)
doesn't pass - and the failure is during the parsing of the command line itself.
 The reason for the failure is that the parsed argument is -hy which must be
interpretted in one of the following ways:

A single option -hy.
An option -h with and argument y.
Two options compressed together -h -y.

None of these is the case because the only option defined is -h with no 
arguments.
Feel free to reopen the bug if the problem persists / you can explain it better.
