Gary,

No, unfortunately, no progress and I apologize for the silence. I've lost my 
DSL connection at home (long boring story) and haven't been able to devote 
any time to the issue. Hopefully I'll get the DSL resolved today and will 
have some time to work on this tonight and tomorrow. If anyone else wants to 
take a shot at it that would be fine and if not I'll be back on it in the 
next couple of days.
