I propose that we cut a 1.1 release of commons-math. There have been a number of bug fixes and some significant enhancements since 1.0. Changes since 1.0 are here:
http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/math/changes-report.html The only open bug is <http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=32663>, which I will fix by adding a TestUtils class with factory methods to instantiate t and chi-square tests. If there are no objections, must-haves for 1.1 or other forms of hand-wringing, I will roll an RC including the enhancement above and kick off a vote next week.
