I have prepared an RC2 at the above URLs. This fixes all points raised
by Michael, Simon and Robert except the maven website in binary issue
(this require changes to my batch files and would be a higher risk
change at this point)
At present, the vote count is:
+1 Stephen Colebourne
+1 Torsten Curdt
+1 (non-binding) Michael Heuer
Robert Burrell Donkin voted +1 with qualifications which haven't been
met. (Can you decide if this is a blocker for you? It'll need a re-vote
if it is.)
Simon Kitching indicated +1, but not in the vote thread.
Due to the svn issues, I'm extending the deadline to Sunday 20:00 UTC,
(especially as this is still one vote short!).
