Henri Yandell commented on LANG-296:
------------------------------------

On binary compatibility - it dictates which version of Lang it would go in
(2.2.1, 2.3 and 3.0 being the potentials).

Your reply on the LOC helps me summarize my thoughts on it - the chaining
pattern usually saves N-1 lines, do we want to add it to only save 1 line?

Or N-2 and 0 lines if the coder doesn't like accessor and mutator on the same
line.

> Implement the method chaining pattern (similiar to StringBuffer) to mutator
> methods. This enables the following code:
> StopWatch s = new StopWatch().start();
> System.out.println(s.stop().getTime());
