JIRA-xxx bug number in the commit message.

Yeah, you have to install the svn plugin. This is done for the Apache JIRA(s).

The reasons I tend to do it by hand are:

1) It's been a bit dodgy, sometimes turned off.
2) It's a different tab of the comments section - I like it being seen
as a part of the Comments.
3) It shows up later - whereas the svn comment by hand goes in when
the issue is closed and shows on the mailing list.

It's a good feature from Atlassian, but by hand has value too, so I do both :)
