[jexl] grammar for defining a map

So, I'd like to propose a syntax addition to jexl for allowing the definition of a map:

  [ key => value, key => value ]

.. I have a patch ready to go.. I know there is the talk of "grammar changes for 2.0", but that's who-knows-when and this is a very small tweak that is an evolutionary change :)
