Just a heads up, I tried to download the zipfile binary from: http://jakarta.apache.org/site/downloads/downloads_commons-io.cgi and got:
Not Found The requested URL /apache/jakarta/commons/io/binaries/commons-io-1.3.2.zip was not found on this server.
