minOccurs="0" on embedded sequence is lost....

Key: WSCOMMONS-274
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WSCOMMONS-274
Project: WS-Commons
Issue Type: Bug
Components: XmlSchema
Environment: XmlSchema 1.3.2
Reporter: Daniel Kulp
In an XSD, if I have:
<complexType name="FooStruct">
<sequence>
<element name="varInteger" type="int"/>
<sequence minOccurs="0">
<element name="varInt" type="xsd:int"/>
<element name="varFloat" type="xsd:float"/>
</sequence>
</sequence>
</complexType>
If I then load the XSD into XmlSchema, then have XmlSchema write out to a new
file, I get:
<complexType name="FooStruct">
<sequence>
<element name="varInteger" type="int"/>
<sequence>
<element name="varInt" type="xsd:int"/>
<element name="varFloat" type="xsd:float"/>
</sequence>
</sequence>
</complexType>
The minOccurs="0" is lost.
