The POM file in Maven repository
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/ws/commons/XmlSchema/1.1/XmlSchema-1.1.pom
has version set to SNAPSHOT (<version>SNAPSHOT</version>). Instead it should
be <version>1.1</version>.
