with fixes for: WSCOMMONS-460 targetNamespace in schema without a prefixed namespace also defined can cause empty namespace to be overwritten. WSCOMMONS-447 Serializer requires a namespace context. WSCOMMONS-426 Serialization gets NPE with no namespace context. WSCOMMONS-283 Package XmlSchema as on OSGi bundle. The vote will remain open for 72 hours. PMC members, please vote!
