Not able to connect MQ with JMS Version 1.0
-------------------------------------------

                 Key: WSCOMMONS-493
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WSCOMMONS-493
             Project: WS-Commons
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Transport
         Environment: Windows XP

            Reporter: Krishna Gopal Binyala
            Priority: Blocker

I was trying to access IBM Mq series with WSO2 software. I have set JMS Spec
Version to 1.0

following is exception thrown

[2009-07-30 13:21:34,367] DEBUG - JMSUtils Creating a QueueConnection using cred
entials : (null/null)
[2009-07-30 13:21:34,367] ERROR - NativeWorkerPool Uncaught exception
java.lang.ClassCastException: com.ibm.mq.jms.MQQueueConnectionFactory
at org.apache.axis2.transport.jms.JMSUtils.createConnection(JMSUtils.jav
a:895)
at org.apache.axis2.transport.jms.ServiceTaskManager$MessageListenerTask
.createConnection(ServiceTaskManager.java:786)
at org.apache.axis2.transport.jms.ServiceTaskManager$MessageListenerTask
.getConnection(ServiceTaskManager.java:671)
at org.apache.axis2.transport.jms.ServiceTaskManager$MessageListenerTask
.receiveMessage(ServiceTaskManager.java:470)
at org.apache.axis2.transport.jms.ServiceTaskManager$MessageListenerTask
.run(ServiceTaskManager.java:403)

i was going throught "JMSUtils" class, the place form where ClassCastException
is thrown.

892 QueueConnectionFactory qConFac = null;
893            TopicConnectionFactory tConFac = null;
894             if (isQueue) {
895                 tConFac = (TopicConnectionFactory) conFac;
896             } else {
897                 qConFac = 898 (QueueConnectionFactory) conFac;
            }

Now if you see the above code.. It is creating a "TopicConnectionFactory"
instance for a Queue ( if condition with "isQueue" variable) that is
essentially  wrong
