It will be useful to enable SMSMessage to carry implementation level parameters
with it.So that it can be used as MessageContext properties which will be used
at the sender side.
One example use case of this improvement is when using the SMPP protocal. where
some old SMSCs (Short messsage service centers) doest not auto detect TON and
NPI of the phone numbers used. where we have to specifically provide that
information when sending the message to it.
I'll provide a patch for this improvement.
