Old UUID generator is based on java.net.InetAddress class but java.net.InetAddress is not included in the Google App Engine's JRE Class White List [1] . Once you run the Axiom on Google App Engine it throws NoClassDefFoundError due to this InetAddress issue. This can be solved by using java.util.UUID class as the UUID generator .
