Fix For: Axiom 1.2.10
Axiom 1.2.9 introduced a cleaner API for writing MIME messages (see
MultipartWriter and OMMultipartWriter), making MIMEOutputUtils obsolete.
MIMEOutputUtils should be refactored to use the new API and/or deprecated. This
was planned for 1.2.9, but didn't make it into the release.
