Log:
Added a Maven profile that allows to easily add IBM's XLXP2 to the StAX dialect
test suite if a local WAS 7 installation is available. Note that since XLXP2's
charset encoding algorithm is broken (as of WAS 7.0.0.11), activating this
profile will actually cause test failures.
