Meanwhile I skimmed the sources of crimson and spotted the problem: The
Implementation of SAXParser method parse(InputSource, DefaultHandler)
calls setEntityResolver() with the DefaultHandler as argument (line
389). Thus the previous set CatalogResolver is overridden.
