SSL+NTLM Proxy + NTLM Web Server returns garbage

I don't know about the practicality of using two proxies, it should suffer from 
the exact same problem as a NTLM proxy and NTLM web server.  I'd love to be 
able to make this work but all the information I've found on NTLM says it 
shouldn't (there is of course no official documentation) and I can't get it to 
work locally.  I'm afraid then that I have to mark this bug as invalid, but if 
you do find out the magical incantation for making it work I'd love to see it 
get integrated into HttpClient.
