Send InputStreams instead of files in MultipartPostMethod

As I understand it the underlying protocol is not covered by this RFC. And for
HTTP it does not matter if the content's format is mulitpart/form or binary or
something else. Any content should be treated the same way.

Chunked transfer encoding is a transport property and has nothing to do with
those RFCs. Any content can be transfered with chunked transfer encoding. It's
like speaking Russian or English over a phone line. The phone line doesn't care.
I would not say that Russian was more compatible with ISDN than English, neither
would I prefer English over Russian on analog phone lines. :-)
