And for HTTP it does not matter if the content's format is mulitpart/form or binary or something else. Any content should be treated the same way. Chunked transfer encoding is a transport property and has nothing to do with those RFCs. Any content can be transfered with chunked transfer encoding. It's like speaking Russian or English over a phone line. The phone line doesn't care.
