Mike, I have no idea. I suppose it has been done on purpose in order to discourage people from posting patches to mail lists rather attaching them to bug-reports. Our options range from pleading to [EMAIL PROTECTED] to pre-emptively bombing Apache headquarters, but something needs to be done about it. I just would like to have Jandalf return first. He might have more insights about it
