2.0 Branch

The HttpClient 2.0 branch has been created.  It is labeled as 
HTTPCLIENT_2_0_BRANCH.  All 2.0 related fixes, etc. should be applied 
to this branch.  The doors are now open for 2.1 development in CVS HEAD.
