Mike,
The patch looks good to me. Wouldn't it be better, though, if
java.util.Collection or java.util.Set were used to store multi-value parameters?
I suppose in that way multi-value parameter would be easier to deal with.
Imagine if one wanted to add an additional DateFormat to the standard set of
DateFormats. That would require quite a bit of ugly code with the current
implementation, I think.
