As I was working on resolving another bug I found a few things about HttpMethodDirector which I thought might be potentially error-prone. For instance, I found the recursive invocation of MethodExecute particularly questionable. So, I took liberty of refactoring things quite a bit. Mike, I did go quite tough on your code, and changed a lot, so please do not hesitate to point out if you find anything disagreeable.
