Unchecked response header length can cause HttpClient to loop endlessly

Christian,
I rarely buy 'birds do it, cats do it, real-file browsers do it' kind of
arguments. There are also enough examples of stupid things that so called
real-life browsers do. With all due respect I still do not like the proposed
solution, so I respectfully remain -1. 

We are planning a complete redesign of HttpClient API in the next major release
(currently dubbed as 3.0), with all major components (HttpConnection,
HttpRequest, HttpResponse (yes, bloody HttpMethodno more ), Cookie, HttpParser.
etc) defined in terms of interfaces and their respective plug-in mechansims. I
do not think we should make an exception for HttpParser right now, just to end
up having to provide backward-compatibility for HttpParser plug-in stuff later.
