Thanks for the various replies. I had hoped that there might be a "license:" filter in MediaWiki (or CirrusSearch, etc) that worked semantically rather than just using string matching (i.e. syntactically). If anyone does know of such a thing - perhaps via Wikidata? - please let me know. Thanks again!
