[digester] Parsing using a contenthandler instead of the digester parse method

Hi,

I am trying to use the digester from a Cocoon transformer. Instead of
passing a stream or a string, I have to feed the digester with Sax events.

Is it possible to pass these sax events directly to a contenthandler instead
of using the parse method?
