[betwixt] .betwixt files

In the documentation for the ".betwixt" files, the name must 
"Classname".betwixt.  However, it doesn't specify how "Classname" should be 
formatted.

For instance, say I have a class name "TestBean" in the package 
"test.package".  Should the name of the file be 
"test.package.TestBean.betwixt" or "TestBean.betwixt" and place the file 
under the "/test/package" directory in the classpath?
