[Latka] cli and webapp don't seem to work

Hi

I have downloaded

jakarta-latka-1.0-alpha1

but it seems that neither the command line nor the webapp works

sh latka.sh 
file:/usr/local/jakarta-latka-1.0-alpha1/tests/samples/TestCommonsWebsite

http://127.0.0.1:8080/latka-webapp/

I am using Java 1.4.2-b28 and jakarta-tomcat-4.1.24-LE-jdk14 on Linux 
2.4.19-4GB
