Location of StreamUtil

Hi,
I have included the commons-fileupload-1.2.jar and commons-io-1.3.1.jar 
in an Ecclipse project and created the commons fileUpload example. I am 
getting an unresolved reference to StreamUtil.

Does anyone know the location of this class?
