Hi CEO, nomcom chair, We are reading the GC call for nominations and see a procedure for elections. There is however no requirements, criteria or experience stated which is surprising as this is to do with a governance committee. Any reason for this?
Furthermore and once again, why are COE members not allowed to join GC, why COE could not appoint a nominee to GC or for that matter why COE not used for the GC.
