I don’t think that’s entirely accurate. 

What is true, however, is that there is evidence behind the NDA violations 
while the sexual harassment allegations remain just that... allegations without 
evidence.

I agree the issue must be taken seriously. However, it is also important that 
we do not get into a lynch mob mentality and pursue punishment prior to 
evaluation of evidence and proof of guilt.

I think there has been no shortage of vocalist, but reason, impartiality, and 
evidence are also required. So far, those things are in short supply with 
regards to this particular allegation.

I believe that is happening. The board resolution passed unanimously. The GC 
has a timeframe and a budget. What, exactly are you asking for that isn’t being 
done?

The board resolution called for a report from the GC by the end of April.

The board has committed to releasing the report to the community after 
receiving it, so I would presume some time in early May.
