Dear Community,

Do we have to go outside of the organisation and wait so long to get a legal
advice on such critical matters? Don't we have a Legal adviser hired by
AFRINIC? Shall we assume AFRINIC also has some issues with its Legal
Department?

Some questions that come across my mind.

thanks

Marcus

Let me point out that the Board has already stated that "The Board recognises
the severity and importance of the allegations, and intends to act as quickly
as reasonable, but without undue haste.” So, please do not expect the Board to
act with undue haste.
