I do believe that I have mentioned previously that when we initially founded AfriNIC, the experience with actually setting up in Mauritius, was NOT what we expected. It was "too late" to change that so we decided to carry on. I do believe that we're going to need to reassess not only the domicile, but the entire AfriNIC 1.0 business entity. hth Alan
