I hope there will be.

Here comes my story:

To tell the truth (are there any acronym for "TO TELL THE TRUTH"? T4?),
I could not make out the meaning of "NIH" and searched at google.co.jp...
.. Amazing!  "National Institute of Health" came one after another!! :-)

Apachewiki might be the best practice for this, probably...
