The minutes of all Board meetings are posted to the foundation's web site. See: http://www.apache.org/foundation/board/calendar.html Those are also located within the 'site' module in CVS. There is no singular location for passed resolutions; only the minutes. For ASF Members, they can also look in the 'board' module for the agendas and the unofficial minutes of board meetings.
