I am doctoral student at the University of Salford (Greater Manchester, United
Kingdom). My PhD thesis title is "An evaluative framework to measure the
maturity of Free/Libre Open Source Software (FLOSS) Online Project Communities."
My study has two sets of participants:-

* FLOSS Developers
After I collect the information from these participants, I will be
statistically analysing the data and my objective is to create a 5 level
Maturity Framework on the lines of SEI's CMM. Using this model, one would be
able to assess the maturity of various Open Source Project (communities).
