OK, finished the split of the template (in trunk of
collective.flexitopic and collective.geo.flexitopic), go ahead :)

maybe the split into 4 viewletmanagers is a bit of an overkill, but i
wanted it to be verbose so i do not have to write an FAQ later on ;)
