I recieved an email that confirms that they received my order request but there's an explicit statement saying that this does not mean they have processed my order.
Have not recieved any confirmation of processing yet, but i'm thinking they're doing this all by hand for this first batch and it'll take a while. One thing i'm worried about - my order number is > 2000 which could mean that over 2000 other orders were placed before mine (though it could be they started the numbering at some arbitrary hi number).
