I'm sorry, I misread your email. So are you asking what is the difference between GTA02 phase 1 and GTA02 phase 2? The answer is no difference in the devices themselves. GTA02 is the name of a particular hardware revision, and phase 1 vs. phase 2 is roughly the difference between "aimed at developers, software in-progress" and "aimed at mass market, software consumer-ready". GTA02 is the final hardware revision of the Neo 1973 (unless there's a secret that FIC hasn't announced yet), so the difference between buying one in October and buying one later is just what software is pre-installed. But the whole point is that you can install/upgrade software yourself anytime you want, so there really isn't any difference. I hope that answers your question.
