In my tests, I sustained 40kbit down, 24kbit up. The theoretical max is 48kbit down with 12kbit up, or reversed with 12kbit down and 48kbit up. Basically, sub-56k speeds with a latency of ~700-900ms (round trip) with spikes to 1.3s on occasion.
