An update on the GPS issue, when removing the uSD card, the agps program successfully receives a fix after 618s (TTFF). The Locations program did not give me a successful fix at all, but the agpsui program did. Could the uSD problem be an issue with qpe constantly accessing the uSD card? Whenever I want to modify the uSD partition table I have to kill the qpe process because it always keeps the resource busy, could this issue be effecting the GPS?
