missing some autoconf macros.

I'm trying to compile GDAL [1] library as a prerequisity for GRASS GIS package using OpenMoko toolchain [2] but I'm getting following error message of

GDAL is already in OE, so why not use OE instead of the toolchain?

They were defined in files included in aclocal.m4 file but om-conf
