Hi. My name is TAsn. I recently wrote a call recorder app ( http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Call_Recorder) that should work on all distros. I know many have been waiting for this kind of application so I decided a proper announcement is in place (actually rakshat thought I should...). Enjoy recording your calls, and don't forget it's illegal to do so without the other side's confirmation in many places around the world.
