I don't think it's a good idea. First, latex gloves seem to have some kind of a powder on them -- that will stick to the screen. Second, the glove itself will be sticky even with with the spray. And, once it sticks, it will be much harder to unstick it than you finger. Vinyl, powder-free gloves may be better.
