Hi, I'm in Germany and use "Medionmobile" which is sold at all "Aldi"-Stores in Germany. Unfortunately their FAQ states you need a permanent residence address in Germany and they will check whether a person with the name and address you provide them exists before letting you make calls. Same appears to be valid for "Fonic" and I assume the others won't be different So, no suggestion, just a warning.
