Declude Inc,. no longer exists they went offline around March 13 and closed business in May 13. There is no such thing as a service agreement with Declude anymore. MBF negotiated (and paid for) the Intellectual property rights and assets of Declude so that customers like you could continue to run the software freely and know that MBF has the ability to update the Declude source code and continue to support the Declude product.
