I wouldn't switch it off. I find that file is very useful when a user complains
"why didn't a receive a message from x@y this morning". To find false positives,
I just search this file by user@domain and HOLD (I use a version of grep that I 
have for windows) versus IGNORE or SUBJECT.  It is a very nice log of why a 
message was filtered.
I can tell the user, well, your friend used a bunch of expletives and triggered 
the 
ADULT filter or, his IP address triggers a bunch of black hole lists.
If need be, I can add the sender to the whitelist.
